Every number on this page is counted by Setcher's database, for each year and in total. Actions are counted from records anyone can check, and requests from our private log of every request we receive. Years run on UTC. One order or decision counts once, however many versions of a setch it covered. Corrections are counted separately. Nothing cancels out. A restoration does not lower the count of withholdings, and an unsealing does not lower the count of actions taken under seal.
